How does the sizing run?
Our T-shirts and hoodies have an oversized, relaxed fit, and our sweatshirts have a modern straight fit. For T-shirts, take your usual size for a relaxed look, or size down for a closer fit. Every product page has a size guide.
Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?
All orders ship from the United Kingdom, and we deliver worldwide. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday). After dispatch, estimated delivery is:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 working days
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 working days
You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Delivery can take a little longer during holidays and new launches.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to change or cancel it before it's dispatched. After that, you can still return it once it arrives (see below).
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna, among others. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
All prices shown include any applicable UK taxes. For orders shipped outside the UK, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.
How do I return an item?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. Email info@christiannation.co with your order number and we'll send you a return label and instructions. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What if my item is faulty, damaged or wrong?
We're sorry. Email us with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll put it right as quickly as we can.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
